Can I use a drone by, near or above the Falls?

As of June 1, 2019 anyone flying or operating a drone is considered a pilot and must follow the rules in the Canadian Aviation Regulations. Drone pilots must carry a valid drone pilot certificate and only fly drones that are marked and registered. To read the full set of rules and regulations, please visit the Transport Canada website.
